RCT Council has successfully retained its prestigious Armed Forces Covenant Gold Employer recognition award for its continued support of the Armed Forces community, Past and Present, and their families.

First receiving the Gold award in 2017, the Labour-led Council has since built on its commitment to support our Armed Forces community through initiatives such as a Guaranteed Interview Scheme for Veterans and Reservists, and the provision of a further £100,000 to be invested in repairing and restoring war memorials and monuments over the next five years.
