Despite the significant financial challenges facing the public sector – thanks to 14 years of Tory mismanagement – the Labour-led Council continues to deliver on the commitments we made to residents in 2022.

RCT Labour Councillors delivered every manifesto pledge made at the local elections in 2017. Despite the economic crisis, we remain committed to delivering on the pledges we made in 2022 as well.

Asking for political leaders to make promises they can keep, and then stick to them, isn’t too much to ask. That’s why we so desperately need a UK Labour Government to work with us in Wales to address the multiple crises we face.
